What are the most effective scarification and stratification methods you’ve used? Does the “best” method depend on the type of seed or are there methods that generally work with all types of seeds?

I sacrificed every warm sunny spot in my house for seed sprouting 🥲 I have one of those clear plastic organizer boxes with a lid that has adjustable compartments in it, like for storing small crafting supplies or tools. Place some paper towel strips in the bottom and spritz with water then lay down the seeds and close the lid (not all the way) to leave in those warm sunny spots and it’s worked great. Also using the cardboard egg cartons filled with seed starting soil mix and covered with plastic wrap with the holes poked through because I needed more space for more seeds- it’s working but much slower than the organizer box.

These are good general seed germinating tips, but I’m asking for scarification and stratification methods.
