My girl is officially too tall for the room. I’ve had it for 4 years now, found half dead on the side of the road. I know I can chop and propagate but I’m scared!!😬

    Do it!! My wife was scared to cut ours and now after 3 months we have 3 FLFs. The mother shot four leaves so far since and will need to be cut next spring most likely. She water propagated her cuttings in water and soon put in soil after a several weeks of rooting

    also here to say do it!!! i completely chop my FLF every year or two and every year she comes back stronger than ever! she just got a chop recently and she's already bouncing back- of course there will be a weird period where it isn't the prettiest thing to look at but it's eventually very rewarding. here she is a few weeks after the chop!

    I did it. Now to let it sit and harden for the night! I’ll put in water in the am! But damn I may have cried haha

    Update!!!! I ended up cutting her even shorter the day after. An today we have 3!!!! Branches!!
