Hi everyone! I need a little help with my zebra succulent. It has a new plant growth on its vine, which I didn’t know couldn’t happen! How do I propagate this? Much thanks in advance!

This is not uncommon for haworthiopsis. It’s like a runner. You can try to air layer by gently wrapping it around the mother plant or prepare another small pot of fresh soil beside and pin the stem down with hair bobby pins. It might make watering a bit tricky but the idea is to get it to grow and root while it still depends on the mother plant for nutrients.
