Yes you can, it looks like you have nodules in the water so it will take root and put out a new growth point!
1 j'aimeI tried this with my monstera, but it didn’t work in water. I’ve found that it does much better in an enclosed box in sphagnum moss or dense soil.
2 J'aimeI’ve done this with water before and it works, but it takes quite a while so just be patient! :)

Put it in a clear plastic container with long fibered sphagnum. A clam shell type food container that closes works great (not sealed enough to prevent fresh air exchange, not too open to not gain humidity). They'll look worse before they look better
