Ok plant peeps, I’ve got this Hawaiian spider plant (yes she’s been moved to better light 😉) that has what I’m assuming is babies at the ends of its long stems. How would you split these?

    Cut them close to the base of the pup and root them in water.

    Is the mama too big for the pot she’s in? She droops unlike my other one and I’m wondering if that’s why.

    The mother plant is very dehydrated since the leaves are folded close. This shows it’s trying to conserve water. I highly recommend you bottom water the mother plant until the top soil is moist before the roots dry rot. Add fertilizer at least once a month. Hawaiian Spider plants are vibrant with broad variegated leaves when everything is in balance. They thrive in bright indirect light or morning direct light. Fertilize the cuttings since they already have roots. 🪴🍀
