Hey all, I’ve been propagating these Tradescantia for 3 weeks. Some have rooted while others have not but I have noticed that they are putting out new leaves but not roots, if planted in soil, will they root? Also the ones that have rooted (second picture) how long until I can pot in soil. Thanks in advance!

I like to leave them until there’s are quite a few roots there of decent length (1.5-2 inches) or I’m seeing secondary roots develop. If they only have 1 or 2 roots that may not be enough for them to transition to soil.

I just throw them straight into soil. Trads root very readily in my experience.

I agree with kappllow. I just put them directly in soil and they do great. That's how I started this one about 3 weeks ago and it has tons of new leaves. Good luck

Can I put the ones that haven’t rooted in soil as well?

Yes I hardly ever put them in water cause they will root in soil and it's so much easier. Just make sure you bury a node.
