Hello, I’m new here. I have a pothos plant that has outgrown like this. What is the best option make it fuller or cut it and make more plants ?

Definitely give it a good hair cut and propagate whatever you’d like from the cuttings. Also you may need to repot. Often times when branches have grown that long they have a large root system to keep up with them so I would check that as well! Here is before and after photos of one of my recent pothos haircut and repot.

It would definitely be good to look at the roots but I'm not so sure it needs a new pot. Your stems are pretty sparse so I would cut it back to the edge of the pot and see what kind of foliage develops from the base. You can poke a few cutting into the soil as well. Dip the cuttings in rooting hormone to help them root. It may or may not have a large root system but it doesn't have a lot of leaves to support.

Depending on where you live you might want to wait until the weather warms up if you do this cutting and propagating.
