I look at mine every day and wonder the same thing. Patience, I'm told.
2 Me gustaThe more I ignore succulent propagations the better they turn out. No reason to give up on this yet, I’d just give it plenty of light and forget about it for a while.
3 Me gustaThe soil looks soaked. This causes rot. The leaves do well sitting on dry soil or soil that completely dries out within a day. I never soak the soil. I just mist once every week or two. You really don’t even need to mist. The new plants use the nutrients in the old leaves until the original leaves dry out. That’s how they drop onto my concrete patio and still put out new plants like it’s an air plant. 😁

Sometimes succulents take months to grow. Depends on the variety. But if the leaves start shriveling before they shoot out roots, look translucent & wet, the end didn’t come off clean & is torn, etc…they probably won’t grow. I put mine under grow lights & don’t water until there is a baby & the mother leaf starts shriveling 😊
1 me gustaUpdate! Every succulent has roots and one has leafs!!

0 Me gustaDon’t water them at all. Wait till the babies grow and then the leaf dies off then start watering very sparingly.
0 Me gustaThis was posted weeks ago and I already have sprouts.
1 me gustaPost an updated pic. It’s so exciting when the babies start growing. 🥰
0 Me gustaAlso they don’t even need to be on soil for this part you can place them in a pan or shallow container and leave them be for a couple months.
