Well the de-flasking went pretty well. Except the one guy was too big, so I had to just put a cover over top.

    De-flasking is taking the plantlets out of invitro. Either the jar they were multiplying/ growing in. Or the shipper bag. (Just depends on where you get them). Usually the process is soaking them for a few minutes in a fungicide and then planting them in a moss, perlite, stratum or mix. And putting them in a small green house, so that they continue to have the like 100% humidity they are used to. In a week or so you crack a vent on the greenhouse to slowly start acclimating them to less humidity. And just keep lowering over a few weeks till they can come out of the greenhouse
