So I've been propagating this since June 12th, and some of the aerial roots seem to be growing but not the little roots at the bottom. Any suggestions on next steps? Let it grow? Wait for bottom roots? #arrowheadplant #syngoniumalbo #syngonium #propagationstation

Those roots look great! In my experience it should be good to pot once they are about 1-2 inches long regardless of if it's aerial roots or not. Good luck! 🤞

make sure to keep the soil pretty wet for a week or two after moving it to soil!

Syngoniums easily transition to soil with 2 inches of roots. Plant it in soil with good drainage. Water after planting and let the soil dry naturally. Give it bright indirect sunlight. I do not keep the soil. continually wet to avoid root rot. Roots in water verses roots in wet soil are affected differently. Soil can have fungus and bacteria that’s breaking down the soil but can adversely affect the plant. Plants in water are not as susceptible unless the water gets contaminated with parts of the plant rotting. Plus, arrowheads don’t need to be kept in wet soil. They adapt to the medium. 🪴🍀
