Hey guys I have some raindrop peperomia’s here I just cut off my plant due to them drooping and they were the biggest ones. I’m not sure if I made the right decision in doing so. Please don’t come for me I’m a beginner. But would these be viable for propagating and would they live?

Try them, if they don’t work then at least you tried!

I definitely did put them in water shortly after posting. I have them on my plant stand in front of my window we shall see how it goes! Fingers crossed they survive!

I’m trying to remember if it was a leaf or the plant I got roots. As long as they were still healthy, just a bit droopy, you should be able to propagate them. I had a peperomia that was dying and was able to get it to root in water. Unfortunately, I can’t help you past that as mine did not live long after 😥 I just couldn’t get the right environment for it.

How often do you think I should change the water? Every 3 days or so?

It looks like that’s actually a Pilea peperomioide??

It could be, I just scanned it on the app and it looked the most similar. They didn’t have the name on it when I bought it.
