Starting my first succulent propagation projects! I’m most comfortable with water propagation so I’ll be starting off with that! If you have any tips or tricks, I would love to hear them!

    Wow I’ve never seen a snake plant propagation before! Is that how you’re supposed to cut them?

      I read in a book that 2 inches is best, the author used this arrow method! Overall as long as you know what side is the top you’re good to go! I read some people use chalk as well!

    My only advice is patience! I just started seeing roots finally, from props I started over a month ago-- I hope you have better luck than I did 😅

    My snake plant props have always done so much better in perlite than water, how does water work for you/do you do anything special?

      This is my first time trying any propagation with succulents! I have most experience with water propagation so I’m starting off with that. I might have to throw cutting in a glass of perlite and compare for the both of us!

      With the perlite pros, do you fill it with water still?!

      Yep, still add water! I do about halfway up the perlite usually
