Im trying to propagate this plant cutting. It has roots (at the bottom and they looked healthy, it also had a newer, thicker root growing) but i also noticed it is growing roots along the healthier parts of the stem. There were some shriveled parts that i circled which i assumed is causing the stems to grow more roots if it isnt able to suck up the water well 🤷‍♀️. Should i be concerned by that? Would it be better if i cut off the healthier parts to plant directly into soil or will it be ok to leave alone?

it certainly looks dehydrated — even all the way up to the leaves. you could give this a MAJOR hack and while it will be sad and stumpy for a bit, with the right light (lots) it should restart just fine
