I have a silver satin pothos vine that I accidentally snapped the roots off of when repotting. I was given advice to cut the vine in half and place in water with plant food and vitamins till it grows more roots, so I put a couple drops of each solution into this jar. However I’ve noticed the solution getting cloudy and a little stinky and think I see mold? What am I doing wrong? Edges of leaf starting to look strange.

Adding ferts before the plant has roots can cause issues like you're seeing: cloudy water, algae, and mold. The ferts can also damage new roots before they have a chance to properly grow. If I add anything to a water prop (normally I don't), it'll be rooting hormone powder.
