Is this ready to be potted? I would’ve potted other water propagated cuttings with less roots by now, but this is my first time dealing with leca and my local plant shop keeps saying to wait. I’ll also be away for 5 days next week so I don’t know if I should wait until I come back? Or should I pot now? I’m also worried about shock and waiting too long, like if these roots get too used to leca and don’t take to transferring to soil well. Also, some of the roots look hairy like mold? Is that normal?

Looks ready to be potted definitely or a bigger jar! It does look like they aren’t getting enough air circulation which would cause the fungal issue. After rinsing them, you can add a few drops of hydrogen peroxide per cup should help to prevent mold, unless it’s going straight into soil - but would still rinse off

If I pot straight into soil you think I don’t have to rinse off the roots?
