Not having much luck with propagating this pathos. Any tips?

    I would cut it in half below the yellowing leaf. Remove the yellowing leaf since it’s sucking energy and dying anyway. Propagate the two pieces in clean water. Clean the water once a week or sooner if cloudy or green. Add SuperThrive plant vitamins to the water with each cleaning.

      I forgot to add make sure it’s not in direct sunlight. Pothos plants burn in direct sun. Cuttings are too delicate for full sun.

      For a mother pothos, can they have direct light?

      Pothos typically don’t like full sunlight. You can add sheer curtains to filter the light similar to the shade mesh used in nurseries. You can also put plastic static film on the window. They stick with water and come in many designs. I have a few.

    Ive had better luck with rooting pothos in perlite than water, if you’re able to get your hands on some!
