Can I put this in a pot already? And if so do I pot it all the way up to that top little root?

    personally i would cut this in half and let both cuttings root for a while longer, ideally in rinsed perlite

    Honestly let the roots get an inch or two longer and then you should be good for soil. Cover all the roots and you can use whatever soil just add some perlite or mulch to provide extra drainage.
