Never had this happen with philodendron, this plant arrived healthy and immediately declined. Leaves feel thin and flimsy and he wilted within hours. Any advice? Don’t want to lose this guy

Dig him out and his roots look terrible, immediately looked like root rot, yikes! Wondering if he can be saved

If you have nodes, you have hope! You can pop him in a prop box after removing the damaged roots and, after waiting a really, really, ridiculously long time, you’ll have a full plant again!
0 J'aimeProbably shock during shipping. Ive never had my fresh propogates come in soil. Theyve always been wrapped in moist paper towel, if they had roots at all.
