I realized my split rock mimicry plant was wobbly. Upon looking at it further I saw the base was rotted is there any way to propagate with what I have or is it a lost cause?

It's probably doomed but if you want to give it a go anyway, treat it with a 1:3 hydrogen peroxide solution and then prop as normal. You might get lucky
