My mom cut me this large monstera leaf to propagate but I don’t think she cut it low enough. I told her it needed a node, but I think she thought the aerial root was the node. I’m worried it won’t propagate. Please someone tell me it’s salvageable
With that aerial root she will do fine, just stick her in a moist substrate and let her do her thang

I have one growing from an aerial root right now that’s thriving! It’ll do great! I have mine in a jar with water but monstera are easy to prop in about anything!💚
좋아요 1개Aerial roots can grow more roots! Can be done in water or soil but water is easier to keep an eye on
