    You definitely could cut it now but I think I would leave it a little longer so that you can leave a little more with the parent plant.

    For me its more about how the parent plant will look once you clip. Maybe allow your plant to grow more, and cut where she gets leggy. I would only clip down one, unless shes grown a lot since your photo post.

    I would wait until you can leave more than two leaves with the parent plant. Cutting the longer stems should generate more growth from the center.

    If you seriously wanna propagate now head to Lowe's if you can and buy one off the clearance rack. You could possibly score one just to cut up anyway πŸ₯΄ and in the meantime you can watch him grow until he's ready πŸ˜‰
