Help! I am getting some hibiscus seeds from a friend. Can I plant them in an indoor pot over the winter to start them and then transfer them outdoors?

    I haven’t done it, so grain of salt, it my uncle did and iirc he just started it like normal seeds (like veggie seeds) and made sure to have a fan on it as a seedling so it could harden off properly before it went outside. Indoor seedlings need wind simulation so they can withstand actual wind when they go outside.
