Are baby rubber plants easy to propagate? I want to make this one bushier so thinking of cutting the top two leaves with the nodes and prop in water.

Yes! I find stem cuttings prop easier than leaf. It also will usually branch from where you cut, so keep that in mind when you’re taking your cuttings.

In that case, do you think it branches better if you cut lower?

SnowstormMine only sent 1 new branch up when I trimmed mine, it didnt get any bushier. BUT mine is a red margin which might be slightly different than the baby rubber plant variant. It rooted pretty quickly in water, but the mother plant was much slower to regrow. I trimmed right above a node just in case he decided not to regrow anymore.
