How much water? I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS kill them while propping. Do I fully submerge the cut ends? Or do I just submerge the tips? Help please. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ Side note: just picked these glass containers up for $1 each at dollar General! Perfect for propping.

I put in just enough water to cover the cut end

For snake plants i always stick them right in soil and keep the soil moist. For me it works every time.

Iโ€™ve had this whale tail in water for a couple of months and sheโ€™s been happy with her bottom fully submerged!

Iโ€™d put them in as bright indirect sunlight as is possible for your location.
