Should I propagate my monstera? If so, how should I go about it? Also wondering why the leaves aren’t splitting… is it lack of sunlight?

How old is it? Only mature monsteras fenestrate

Too you g for the leaves to fenestrate. Give it some time.

It’s young and needs time to mature. It may need more light based on the several small leaves. Monsteras needs about 8 hours to 10 hours of bright indirect natural sunlight. A large grow light on it for 12 hours to 14 hours a day would encourage larger leaves, increasing the probability of it splitting. 🍀🪴

If you want to prop it, find a node, cut just below it, and pop it in water/soil/moss until it grows it's on roots. If you do water, wait till you have about 2" roots, then you can put it in soil. Just water well for a bit after you move from water to soil
