Do you have nodes in the water?

It doesn’t look like there’s any node in the water.

try trimming down the stem until you reach the node where the three leaves start. you should see roots within 2-4 weeks!

two weeks is not very long to have a prop sit in water, especially in winter. sometimes it will take months before they root in colder weather

Put it in bright light 6 hours a day and in a warm room. Add SuperThrive plant vitamins to the water. It worked well for my cuttings in water. Two weeks is not a long time especially if it’s colder by the window.
