Need help identifyin

I propagated my spider plant but it’s getting moldy around the roots what should i do? It’s still in water

    I’ve personally never had this happen but if it did, I would change the water more frequently. I would also soak the roots in a mix of 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 3 parts water for about 30mins to an hour. After that, back to normal water.
