Do you think this prop has grown a strong enough root system to be potted in soil? Thanks!

Yes. I cut mine and put them straight in soil without growing water roots. They’re pretty hardy.

Personally I would say yes. But I’m the person who gets three tiny nubs in water prop then shoves it in dirt lol. But it’s never failed me so 🤷🏼‍♀️

A general rule that I’ve heard is if the roots are over an inch or if the roots stem into additional roots. I’ve had good luck with this!

Yep :) I wait until 3-4 inches long and bonus if it’s got secondary roots which looks like yours meets both!

Looks like your question was answered, but I’m wondering if that propagation bulb has a bird on top. I think I have the same prop stand! I love it!
