Hi! This is Rosita, a neon robusta, I bought her last year on july in the same pot of the photos. Even though the pot lacks drainage, I believe she's thriving. I try not to overwater, I've never fertilized, nor repotted, nor added pesticides. Should I repot her? Completely or only part of her? I'm new at this and any advice is welcome. First photo is when I bought her vs. how she's looking right now.

I always recommend reporting if there's no drainage.

Wow, beautiful plant! I’ve found that my syngoniums thrive with or without drainage. I just repotted a white butterfly today that hasn’t had drainage since I bought it and the roots looked great! I think pots with drainage are always good, but if you like how it is acting right now I think it would be fine to stay where it is as well. (I’m not an expert just have 3 syngoniums currently)

Kinda up to you as far as separating her. I have separated a few of mine in the past, it's pretty simple, they divide fairly easily. Mine love water, and obviously yours is thriving in a non-draining pot. I would do a refresh at least on it, since you don't fertilize. Which just entails getting new soil media and unpotting. Removing a bit of the old soil and then putting in New soil. If I'm putting in the same pot and the roots are really full, I will cut them back a bit, like max 25%. But if it all still fits, no need to clip them.

What kind of soil do you recommend for a refresh?

And how do you recommend to separate?

I have mine just in a chunky mix. Either one i make or I like Sol Soils mix. I only separate mine if they are super over crowding the pot. Otherwise I keep them together. Or just pull one or two divides off to prop as gifts or swaps
