I’d let the roots become a little more established before removing from water. You want to ensure it has a healthy root system first.

When propagating most plants it’s best to wait to take them out of water until they are 2+” or are starting to grow secondary roots

1 mi piaceI like to use Leca, it makes for an easier transfer from water to soil. Growing in water gives you “water roots” which you’ll have to keep an eye on when transferring to soil. I find Leca is that middle ground.
