Im trying to revive my poor little rootless pothos in just water and it has this odd slimy film on it. Is that good or should I rinse it off?

    When I see the slime in my props, I change the water. Someone suggested I spray with a diluted hydrogen peroxide. I haven't done so yet. Sometimes I wipe off the slime with a paper towel.

    I usually add a couple drops of hydrogen peroxide in all my prop glasses.

      Yes, all my props use water with hydrogen peroxide also. I water plants in soil with water and hydrogen peroxide.
