Hi everyone, so I already made a post about this in another group but also wanted to ask some propagating experts for some advice! So I found this on the floor of an alley and I am very shocked but some people helped me identify it as a variegated mini monstera. The odd thing is it looks like it’s been propagating for quite some time. I wanted to see if you think I should continue to propagate or if it looks like it’s read to be transferred to soil and also if it looks like a healthy propagation? I would really appreciate some help thank you!!

As long as there are a few roots more then two inches long then it’s good to be potted ☺️ good luck!

That is an incredibly lucky find 😱 I also think it’s good to be potted. Or perlite if you want to keep an eye on the roots for longer

Very nice find! I’d love a variegated rhaphidophora tetrasperma! My advice would be to consider how you are going to trellis it early on, if you haven’t already.
