Look at my circles showing root grown on my Monstera ,one is longer than the other as you can see. There is three leaves, but I’m only focusing on two of the three right now because that is where the roots are coming from, I could separate them separately, but I think I’m gonna plant together since the are hardy leaves and attached n happy! together since they are from. That being said how much longer do I need to wait before planting back into dirt??

I would wait until you see some healthy secondary root development

Beautiful!! When propagating in water I usually wait until 2-3 new leaves pop, and begin mixing more and more soil into the water gradually during the watering schedules. Best of luck!
