    Id wait a bit longer. Typically I plant when they have secondary roots!

    The rule of thumb that I’ve always followed is that the roots should have roots before planting.

    In my experience when water proping pothos, it can take months for it to grow secondary roots. I always wait until I have 4-5 long roots like in your picture and will then transfer to whatever. This usually works well for me

    I take mine like that and put in sphagnum moss! They get good soil roots soon after that!

      How would you do that? I do have sphagnum moss.

      moitstn moss then create mini greenhouse out of water bottle! Make sure to squeeze as much water as you can out!
