Hi. It’s me again. I just posted about Hoya cuttings, but I wanted to make a separate post for alocasia corms. I have four corms at various stages of development: one variegated frydeck which has rooted, and three quilted dreams which have all sprouted. One of the quilted dreams corms is doing really well, so I want to know what next steps are for it. As you can see they are in mini cup greenhouses and I have not watered them since I put them in there several weeks ago. The base is stratum and perlite. When do I go onto the next steps for these and what are those steps please?

I would start keeping a small reservoir for each to make sure they’re staying moist

I would keep them in those cups for quite a while. You can phase out the cover cup gradually after you have some leaves. But my frydek corm had 4 leaves and dropped down to one when I tried to move it to a larger cup. I think they like to be snug in the roots
