Help, As you can see I’ve never taken this out of its original pot. She’s kept on growing and growing and I know I need to do something with her… I now have a new pot for her (me thinking this will solve it lol) but what do you experts suggest :) x

Cut the top rosette parts off and let them dry for a day. Dip cuts in rooting powder and place on soil in your new pot. Don’t water for at least 14 days and give it a dedicated grow light.
いいね 1件she’s pretty etiolated (stretched out), which means she’s not getting enough sun where she is. whether or not you chop and prop is kinda up to you (some people like the look). repotting is all about the size of the root ball, not the plant above the dirt. pull her out and take a look from there! potting up increases risk of root rot if a plant isn’t ready for it. if she’s got lots of roots, pot her in the new pot. if she doesn’t, you can honestly leave her in the pot she’s currently in! cut away any dead/brown/mushy parts also, this will help you see how the plant is actually doing. and let us know if you need help!
2件のいいねif you get it more light some of those bare parts will grow new rosettes if you wanted to lean into her wildness. if you chose to cut and propagate you don’t really need the rooting hormone, these are quite efficient at propagating themselves if you just set them on top of some soil and let them do their thing
