I wanna propagate these bear’s paw leaves, I know youre supposed to let it callous over, but should I be doing anything after they do? and how long do they usually take to grow another sprout/roots?

Let them callous slightly, then set them on top of moist soil - whatever you’d pot these in. Then mist them to keep damp but don’t soak it. You should have roots in a couple weeks! Make sure NOT to put the tip in the soil, because that causes rotting.
