hi! i just got a cutting of this little friend and was wondering how to prop it. do i just pop it into water, or do i need to do anything special? super new to this, pls be nice

    Yep, just pop it into some water and it’ll start growing some roots in a couple weeks.

    Looks like it has a node so you can just plop in water! I have never done this in my whole propagation history, but people put rooting powder at the cut part then put in water. I haven’t done this and my props have all been fine. You can if you want to root faster but ur fine without! 🙂

    Yes, but make sure the leaves aren't submerged. I sometimes use LECA to help the stems balance so leaves don't fall in. I also add Prop Drops to encourage root growth.

    I've grown these very well in California by just also putting them straight in the ground. To me they were very easy to grow and propogate
