Water and moss for tropical plants and potting soil for succulents. Every time I’ve tried perlite the babies rot :/

0개 좋아요I’ve had great luck with fluval, and it’s must easier to get off the roots than moss is. Moss tends to almost melt into the roots and can be a pain to remove, and if it isn’t removed it can cause root rot from holding too much water to the roots

좋아요 1개for succs i just leave them to it — air propping — it’s generally what they’re made for! i have great success water propping jade, though

I've never had success in soil so I just use the water method
