Earlier today I was looking in my prop box that I set up a few days ago and I noticed some white stingy mold forming on my props that were in sphagnum moss. All the cuttings still look healthy at the moment but I'm not exactly sure what to do. This is my first time attempting a prop bad so any help is appreciated?

Kinda looks like spider webbing. Did you rinse/sanitize the moss before using it?

It's definitely mold it's really hard to show with this picture though. I didn't really wash it other than satiating it then ringing it out. Is it to late to remove the cutting and clean the moss?

1:9 -> alcohol:water -> spray bottle Use as needed, I try to avoid the leaves but the dilution should make it safe for them as well Had to learn how to manage mold on moss when I made a moss pole with low quality moss (didn’t realize till it was too late)

Probably not too late, you could also add some hydrogen peroxide to your water next time you moisten the moss to keep it clean. And like the comments below say, be sure to air it out once in a while.
