Propagating this one and sooo excited, but it’s been 4 weeks and no changes but the leaves still look healthy! Am I being inpatient or should I adjust anything? I change the water every week and we also have a grow light that’s overhead in the middle of the room and it’s on about 6-9 ish hours a day.

you could try putting a humidifier near it or swapping it from being a water prop to a sphagnum moss/pearlite mix. prop. i’ve found that my philodendron propagations produce roots faster with this method. also, i can’t tell from your photos, but if this PPP has a lot of pink variegation it will take longer to develop any roots because those variegated parts can’t photosynthesize. hope this helps

Patience! As long as the stem isn’t getting rot, stay the course!!
