I propagated a monstera deliciosa and I’m seeing two areas with root growth! Only the top one has an aerial root and the bottom one doesn’t, could I cut it and grow another plant with just the bottom roots or do I need that aerial root above?

i don’t have experience with this species of monstera but i’m guessing you could cut the stem with the aerial root and let both pieces callous. i would probably put the piece with the aerial root back in water so it can grow some more roots before potting up. good luck!

You should try it! It wouldn't harm the larger part and you might get another plant!
