So I have these bad boys in some water propping. I saw a video to glue the end and sit them in water so I did that to the one on the right but not the other two. Was that a good idea? I also have root powder on them. (Please be harsh critics)

From my experience, neither will need root powder. They should easily grow roots in water.

Also I’ve never put any glue on the ends of mine

Oh really? I’ve never tried these one before so I was nervous. Maybe I should go with gut and not videos next time haha. Do they rot easy this way? Like would soil be a better suit for it?

No water is fine. Once you see good roots go ahead and plant.

I’ve used melted wax on the ends. But if you’re doing that or water prop versus soil, I don’t think you need the rooting powder since it will dilute in the water.
