      Yes! Pop the leaves off of the stem and you have yourself a nice, long anchor. The roots will grow from where the leaves were.

    Yes! Good job. Take the babies and just Katy them on soil. Mist them regularly and you will be amazed at how they grow. Even if a leaf looks dead leave it. It may generate a new plant!
