Why are my satin pothos roots turning black? Is this something I should be concerned about?

    It could be algae if it wipes off. Not harmful.

    Totally normal for water roots. As long as they’re firm they’re fine :)

    I add a tiny bit of hydrogen peroxide to the water when I propagate my Pothos it helps with the algae and that slimy stuff that accumulates on the bottom of the stems.
