I recently (Saturday) propagated my monstera and the cutting is all droopy. Is this normal?

    You should water the mother/explant the day before cutting. Since a prop has no way yet to intake water as efficiently until it starts rooting.

    Try misting her. Dont blast her with direct sunlight. Give her time.

      So putting on a shelf about 7-8 feet away from a window is best?

      as long as it gets some sun throughout the day, yes. You just cant put it in a direct sunbeam.
