Hey Planta! Can anyone tell me what those white fuzz rings are? These are golden pothos props and I’ve been super excited to plant them, but this worries me. Please tell me it’s not mold.

GraceIt looks like mealy bugs to me? I could be wrong but that is my guess. I would wipe it off and dab the area with diluted isopropyl alcohol.

That’s what we thought too and treated them, I then looked it up and it’s tissue that shouldn’t be removed… oops

I wish I knew this earlier lol, I thought it was mealy bugs and removed them… did this ruin my props?
