I bought a tiny philodendron Brasil plant to hang in the half-bathroom on a shelf. Well, it took a massive tumble to the floor. I repotted it with fresh soil, and the mother plant is doing okay. However, these two leaves broke clean off in the fall. I’ve been trying to propagate them in water for a couple weeks, but there has been no change. Should I just plant them in soil and see what happens? (The brown is leftover soil I couldn’t get off from being in that original potted plant)

If you keep it in water root development will start to happen when there longer days and more sun

Adding a pothos cutting to the jars will speed up root growth as well because they secrete rooting hormones into the water
