Hello, I’m not to familiar with propagating and am wonder if this lil guy my spider plant sprouted could be cut and made into a baby spider plant? If so what’s be the right way to do so?

    Yep! I cut mine and put them directly into soil. I have made many many new plants this way.

    i wait until there is at least a 1/2” long aerial root before removing a spider pup from its mother. for the best chances of success i will wait until there are entire clusters of roots growing at the end of the vine. a spider baby like the one pictured with no/minimal aerial roots is unlikely to survive

    Let me start by saying i am a complete newbie! I had success with mine. I put them in water for a couple of weeks. until they all had roots. Then once they had roots i let the roots dry for a day or two and then planted them. Just planted them yesterday!
