I snipped these to make room and spent a few days deliberating whether to toss them, follow up with a flakey Facebook buyer, or build an Empire of Glauchids. The last one is the default and requires very little work as long as I keep my fingers clean. $10 well-spent on this trashy, awesome science project.

      You just have to 1) get them off right away (I pour dish soap on them) 2) CHANGE YOUR CLOTHES AFTER or suffer.

      That wrinkled prickly pear pad is the one that got me. It’s been a year and I still have a few glauchids stuck in my thigh. It was a tough lesson to learn.

      Hehe. I don’t even know what it is at this point ha. I look at this and picture it huge and growing in the middle of the sidewalk (nowhere near my hands).
